We will be installing a new single-ply fleeceback TPO roofing system on this 1800's church located in Wicker Park Chicago. The claim was originally denied, 1st claim was $44,000 and upon further review Church Mutual has agreed to a $89,000 settlement!

This church experienced severe wind damage and received only an initial claim of ($27,000+), but after a 2nd adjustment along with an engineer review we assisted in getting the claim to ($89,000 - 310% in $). This project received a complete deck replacement to bring it up to building code, synthetic underlayment, 6" gutters, and Owens Corning Duration artchitectural shingles.
